Gala Anniversary

Our 20th Anniversary fundraiser and musical revue featuring Resident Theatre artists and current students and alumni from the School has been postponed.

We are saddened to announce the postponement of our 20th Anniversary event.

The health and safety of our patrons, artists, and students is our top priority, and, as the events around COVID-19 continued to develop, with local, state and federal officials releasing updated guidelines, we realized it is in everyone’s best interest to cease rehearsals and productions until further notice.

We are so grateful for your continued support of Edge of the Wood. If you have purchased tickets for the Gala, we will happily honor them if and when the productions can be remounted later this year. If you are unable to attend, please consider turning your ticket purchase into a donation for the theatre. If you would instead like a refund, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

New Piano ($5000)

Sponsor a brand new piano for Edge, providing years of support for student and resident theatre productions, and making Music Director Brad Whaley really, really happy.

Sound and Lighting System Upgrade ($5000)

Edge productions run lights and sound on outmoded (or borrowed) equipment and a thrill of hope. Help us provide immersive experiences for our audiences with a computerized lighting system, and permanent in-house speakers and mixers.

Donate any amount

Donations of any amount support the magic of theatre, helping to create props, costumes, and sets; provide for royalties, scripts and scores; and engage with professional educators, directors and designers.

Doors open at 1:00. Cabaret performance begins at 2:00.

Loungewear or pajamas preferred. Soda and snacks available for purchase.

 

Gala Tickets

Cocktail attire requested. All Gala tickets include:

  • Pre-show reception in the lobby featuring a cash bar, passed appetizers and opportunities to meet and take photos with Resident Theatre artists.
  • Musical revue in the theatre taking the audience on a journey through 20 years at Edge.
  • Post-show open mic with piano accompaniment offering a chance to relive your favorite musical theatre moments.
